Food Systems After Covid-19

چکیده

Measures to slow down the spread of Covid-19 have had profound effects on food and nutrition security poor marginalised households communities. This article provides an overview systems across low- middle-income countries using resilience political economy lenses, before proposing approaches build back resilient equitable systems. First, future interventions need target structural issues that limit people’s agency in accessing nutritious diverse production capital. Second, local innovation institutions require investment create a market environment benefits domestic (small medium) enterprises agri‑food supply chain workers without jeopardising environment. Third, be informed by set opinions include voices most marginalised.
